Janet Thuringer and Marty Briscoe are just about the best providers of ANY service that my wife and I have ever encountered, not just in real estate.
There might be some room for improvement possible, bu I cannot think of any. They made many valuable suggestions on how to better market our house that we could never have thought of ourselves.
